PDF: Files submitted in PDF format for printing should follow the following criteria:
Color: CMYK or grayscale (not RGB)
Resolution: 300 dpi
Compression: low compression, maximum quality
Bleeds: at least 1/4 inch (0.125")
PHOTOS: Digital photos should be submitted according to the following specifications for best reproduction:
Color: CMYK or grayscale (not RGB)
Resolution: 300 dpi
Formats: saved in TIF, PSD, or
JPG formats
Compression: low compression, maximum quality
TEXT: Text submitted for inserting into designed materials can be submitted in the following formats:

MAILING LISTS: Text submitted for use in our mailing database management should be submitted according to the following criteria:
Delimited: Tab or Comma
Formats: XLS (Microsoft Excel);
TXT (delimited text format); CSV; DBF
Fields: Separate fields should be created for each of the
following:
1. name (all in one field, or broken into separate fields)
2. address
3. city
4. state
5. zip
6. any additional information
